How to buy

To purchase something from my shop, you need to register as a customer. To do this, please click on the link on the top right hand corner of the homepage that reads 'login/register'. You only have to do this once, if you want to buy something again, you can just login at the checkout stage.

Then add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout, follow the instructions and you will be directed to pay using paypal. Follow the instructions and you should be re-directed back to the merry magpie! You have successful bought your item! I will then get that shipped to you asap!

Postage Information

 

You can either pick up your order in the shop in Shifnal, or if posted, every item will be dispatched within two days and posted either standard parcel or courier service. If an item is large or very fragile, it will be sent by a courier servce. This will be stated in the description and this means the item will be insured and can be tracked. If you have overpaid for postage, I will refund you the extra cost, through paypal, as soon as I have posted the item.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

You reserve the right to cancel your order, for any reason, within 24 hours of purchase. If you send me an email I will refund your payment to you in full.

 

 

Returns Policy

 

 

Please remember that as most of the items I sell are old, they aren't perfect, everything is cleaned to a high standard but some pieces will have chips or marks, this will be stated in the description. I try very hard to make sure photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible but if there is a fault with something or you feel an item isn't as described, I will offer a full refund as long as I am contacted within 14 days after the date you received the item.
